Crossroads is a registered charity providing a range of high quality services to support individual carers and their families. Crossroads is committed to providing practical support in the home in order to enable carers to have a break from their caring responsibilities. Crossroads services are provided to carers of all ages and our highly trained staff have the knowledge and experience to develop personalised care packages that meet the needs both of the carer and the person they support.

Crossroads respects the individuality of carers and people with care needs and seeks to promote their choice, independence, dignity and safety. We believe that carers must have access to high quality services that enable them to fully benefit from a break from their caring role.

We offer a flexible service that can providing support 7 days a week, 365 days per year from 7am to 11pm. In addition we now offer ‘waking night' support if required. We also operate an ‘out of hours' emergency service.

Our work is regulated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection and underpinned by Crossroads own quality standards.
